Haven't tried it with the wheel turned left. The way she parks in my garage the wheel has to turn right. Maybe it won't be such an issue when turned left.
2.5 down in the back & 2 off the front & def no issues
I've only had maybe once or twice where I thought mine might be a little iffy with the rear down 2" on the stock kick stand. I turn the wheel to the left when I park. I've heard, but haven't put much thought into it that turning the right makes the bike less stable. Like I said that last bit I don't know if that's old wives tales, or truth.
Save yourself some bucks if you feel you must change it. Myself I went an inch lower but then just took my stock stand off and put it in a vice and put a slight bend in it and put it back on. Works as well as gold teeth!
I scored a sweet deal on Ebay on a Harley piece.There are several aftermarket as well.I dont know if I really needed it but I like the peace of mind for the money I spent.
