I've got 16,000 on my Dunlop E3's and still 3/16" of tread left. This on a stage II Road King that gets ridden hard.

I run 44-45 lbs in the rear and very little 2 up riding. I use dynabeads too if that is any key to longer mileage I don't know. Freeway driveing will wear tires faster than back roads do. I think air pressure is the key to longer life. JMO
Interesting. Most of my miles are freeway miles at an average speed of 80 and still get 12k + on my stock rear 200 Dunlop. I don't do anything special beyond what the manual tells me to do which is keep the pressure correct and alignment accurate. I dont put any magic beads inside my tires, over inflate or limit myself to certain roads. I still have my original front dunlop with 32k miles and about 1/3 tread life left...
