hey have questions i have rocker im looking at 12 inch apes and cant choose between carlini flying apes and br bent beaters.i am only 5 8' and think a 12 inch ape will be the height that i like.plan on keeping hands no higher than shoulders would like lower.any suggestions pics would be aswesome

 

Both are high quality bars so it's more of what you want your bike to look like. I have 10" Carlini Evil Apes that are in my sig pic

 

I've got 3" risers and 14" br bent beaters on mine. I'm 5'7" and love the whole setup.

Mike i`m 5'7' and i have BR`S 10 inch sweeping beaters...real comfortable,and Bill at BR`S is great to work with....what ever you want Bill will make....one off!........

 

Bill's shop is down the street from me.
That guy custom makes each and every bar as if it were for his bike..
I just had him make me a set of 1 1/2" new waves that had to fit my 1 1/4" risers and the 1 1/4" clamp on my Windvest.
It came out perfect. .

I'm 5'8" and had Bill make these 13.5" Lighting Bolts. With 1.5" Carlini risers, my hands are slightly below my shoulders.

 

Both are damn good choices, but I am partial to Carlini.

 

I live in ny and plan on making a trip to the br shop near buffalo. Really like the looks of their bars, want to see a cpl sets on my rocker to decide
