Ok, I kind of feel like a nerd since I was sure I was going in one direction, and have now changed. So, thanks again for all the advice - I picked my scoot up today and decided on the HD Whiskers Highway Pegs, which bolts directly on the frame. I got the black, put on the HD Black Tribal Foot Pegs, and stretched my legs out fully on the ride home! They are just a tad high and sit a little close to the frame (they extend out about the same distance as the brake pad), and the right side sits right above the brake, so have to make sure with big feet to feel the brake when braking and not accidently hit the highway peg instead, but they allow me to lift my legs up about 6 inches above the floorboard and completely straighten out with my heel/ankle resting on the peg. So, I'll try this for awhile and see if it works.

I know these threads are useless without pics, so I'll post pics tomorrow when it's light out for anyone interested.

I have an '07 Fatboy (200 mm tire) and I have a butcrack solo by Danny Gray seat

combined with Kuryakyn Cruise Arm Mark IV
http://www.kuryakyn.com/Products/392...se-Arm-Mark-IV

It's a great combination and seats me comfortably. I'm 6'2" and do my share of longer rides.
I would imagine that the same setup would work for the Fatboy Lo.
The seat does move me forward a little but offers so much more support than the stock seat so it's a great trade off.
Try out different seats before you buy.
Hope this helps.
