Hi all: One of the my new headlamps came with flawed glass. I purchased it directly from HD online via Hales Harely. I am hoping I can get this taken care of with the dealer I purchased it from, but if that goes south, how do I make a claim directly with HD?

 

Hales is a good dealer and do a lot of online business.. I'm quite certain you can rest assured that it will not have to come to that. Just give them a call and they should handle it for you..probably send you a new one with a return receipt for the old one.. Honestly though, I don't know how you would even try to contact HD about it, aside from getting the HD Headquarters phone number from their website and actually call them..
