Believe it or not, it is less than 1/2" from center-line of the frame. With a 240 I could get it very close to centered.

Once you think you like it...clamp or tape it position and lower the swingarm to normal height...and see if you still like it. Spend a lot of time with this before drill any holes...back to work.



















Nice welder, looks just like mine. It works better than I do.
