If you already have the se stage 1 backplate, you could just get a filter. I didn't want to spend a ton on an ac, so I just got the K&N hd-0700, painted the face black, and bolted it to the backplate. All I needed was longer 1/4-20 screws. Cost me about $70.

Check amazon dot com once you decide for price comparison. I recently ordered a K&N E-3260 filter for my evo at Advanced Auto for forty eight bucks, got home and checked amazon and found it for fourteen, canceled my Advanced Auto oder and had it three days later from amazon. Don't know they will have what your looking for but might be worth a check.

The SE Heavy Breather is a pretty bulky piece of gear. I love that look for my FB though. It sticks out a ways and I have the Harley mustache bar. I can't get my right foot to the rubber on top anymore. I didn't care because I hardly ever ride with my feet up even on long trips. I'm looking at some clamp-on highway pegs so I can get my leg out around the HB.
