I'm not feeling the seat either. I didn't permanently mount it so I will move it back a few inches and use different springs.

How did you attach the fender struts to the swingarm? It looks like you drilled a hole in the swing arm on the right side and bolted it on or is it welded on?

I just drilled holes in the axle plate and bolted the struts to it. The kit comes with bungs that you can weld but I think the way I did it is cleaner looking.
