Thank God Harley is leaving the fat tire fad........ Let it die, let it die.
That Sporty is sweet, by the way.

Those ain't fat.... I mean the puss mobiles that churn out of OCC. Yours are tastefully built. I still prefer 130-150's, but if we all liked the same bike it would be an awfully boring forum!

I wonder if Harley's are fixing to dump the Blackline already, from what I hear they don't sell to well.

A fatboy with tenspeed tires?
Perhaps it needs to be named the Nutrisystem Boy.

In all seriousness, they are both looking good.

TBH, a "skinny" Fatboy doesn't make any sense. A buddy of mine has a 2010 FB with the 200mm and it REALLY fits the look and feel of the bike. A skinny set of tires just doesn't cut it for me.

And Bikerlaw, I happen to agree with you- like I've said in other threads, anything over 240 IMO, is overkill and actually makes for shiatty handling. It's like attention whoring via tire...

Funny, it probably has a 150mm, the original Fatboy (1990) has a 130mm.

I didn't mean to infer that 150 is especailly "skinny", just that once I saw the FB with a 200mm, it just seemed to... work.

"Fat"boy= fat tire.
