On my list next month.... I have a 05 Heritage Springer and just can do apes, Too many baggers in my area with 18" apes.... Stock bars are too narrow for my 55" shoulders...

 

I have stock risers and ride 3-4 hours regularly with no issues, love the bars

Thanks for your help guys! I am going to start on them this weekend! Pictures will follow, although I probably won't have them done for a week or so until I can get the cables and wire extensions.

 

Did you ever get those bars on. Did you need cable extensions? Which bars did you use?

 

Got em on but still waiting on wiring extensions to arrive. All the cables were long enough, just had the extend the wiring and brake lines. Looks great!! I will post some pictures when finished.
