The way I see it you only a few options:
1) Get T-Shirts Made that say FUCA and ride the b!tch back from California staying with other hd forum members along the way and make an adventure out of it
2.)Usually the title doesn't have to be notarized, so have the bike shipped, find someone in CA with an extra plate laying around, ride it until 7501 pops up on the odometer and then register it
3.) Find another bike that is in compliance

yup- you guys think the way that i do...
i have other bikes so i have thought of swapping the plates- that works as long as you dont get stopped for something else... then you could lose the bike (they actually can take the bike in the communist country of california).
the odometer idea is on my list
and yes the "find another bike" is probably most likely to win my contest! but i am still pissed at the government that does not represent me...
