Default Question about Horn relocation...

Anyone here move the horn to the front downtubes ? I was thinking of moving the horn to the tubes, but i was a little concerned that it would block much needed airflow to the frt cyl. anyone have issues with increased temps or other mounting issues up frt.

i remember reading a thread a while back where someone had moved the horn to the rear tire shield area.. i was looking around back there when i had the seat and tank off for the mini-ape install and i'll be dam if i can see where he put them..

Relocated mine to the trash can. It fit perfectly, plenty of room!

In almost 50k miles, the only time I ever hit that button was to show people how stupid the stock horn sounded! Lol

Hahaha! I moved mine in front of the motor over a year ago and haven't had any problems. A few of the Night Train guys have done it too.

Moved mine to the down tubes also. No issues in 110+ heat. One of these days going to get a black springer horn to put there though.

That's what I've got. It makes everyone laugh when I use it. It sounds like a dying animal.

Bought Sporty horn off E-bay $20, spray painted it high heat wrinkle black and mounted it above the engine guard.
