Default Best mod or bike accessory for the money (cost Vs usefullness/value)

I saw a similar thread in the touring section asking what the best money ever spent on their bike was. I'm curious as to what everybody thinks was the best value they got. What you guys feel was the best value for the money you spent. For me so far it might sound stupid but I'd have to say my HD cargo nets. They only cost 10 bucks but I use them all the time to strap stuff to my sissy bar on my commute to work. A close second would be the Cool Sac sissy bar bag I also use for my commute and which gives me plenty of storage space until I get my saddlebags.

I like the leather shot glass holders for my Herradura Tequila....Next I next a pouch to stuff the bottle in.

P.S. I don't drink anything and drive....Been there, done that years ago and no way today.

My $300 Danny Gray seat on my FXCWC.
A 55w/100w halogen headlight that replaced the stock 35w/55w sealed beam on my FXSTC.

By far and away the Shotgun Shock... a bunch of money but haven't looked back since and I thank JD for developing it every time I ride.

Next would be the Mustang touring seat for when the wifey rides along... nothing better than to have a happy passenger, and nothing worse than having a pissed off wife on the back on a long ride!

Next would have to be my C&C Solo, as that is my choice for all but long rides or two-up.

For me I have to say safety first. I put an airhorn on my bike. Cost about $40 and 10 minutes but has saved me a couple times from cages that change lanes without looking.
I won't ride with out one.
