I use it on my chrome and to freshen up my black stuff like my mirrors but not on my denim. I spray it on a cloth and rub it on the parts.

I use it on the granite and stainless in my kitchen. Never tried it on the bikes, What the hell, I'll try most anything twice.

Read another thread on same subject , the bees/wasps make take a liking to the LP on the bike. I have used a couple times between washes, but not serious amounts. IMHO, nothing can take the place of a good quality wash & Wax Job, and Mothers products are my preference, but to each his or her own. One product that rocks is a windshield cleaner, called "Plexsys" I recall, but lost it due to overseas move.

I don't know how pledge would hold up to actually protecting the paint like a good sealant or wax would since it wasn't made for autos and the conditions they face. I personally want my paint protected, so I use paint sealant and then wax on it and update as needed.

I tried it a couple times but I think "original bike spirits" works much better.

I use it to get the bug guts off the bike between washings.......loosens that crusty stuff pretty well. I don't use for wax/paint protection.

I've used it, also used Windex.. both worth great as long as you keep flipping the cloth to get the residue off..don't do it in direct sunlight on a warm day though, dries too quick.

Still, I don't understand why one would use LP with so many QUALITY products that are out there that are MADE for the use on paint and chrome and to stand up against the elements. It CAN'T be cost, that it's cheaper or to save a few pennies when one spends upwards of 20k on the bike itself then God knows how much on accessories, can it?? I don't use a quality paste wax on my coffee tables or Mothers on my dishes and silverware!!! Still, to each his own !!!
