What's up Canada, Buffalo NY here.

To answer your questions, I moved my ignition to where the horn was. I got it from Dave Perewitz. I then moved my horn to the front down tubes. I bought a rocker box mount from Wimmer Machine and a new speedo from Autometer, and presto, clean tank. I don't have access to pictures right now, but if you go to east coast bike pics, I posted two pics of my bike there. Hope that helps. I think the peanut tank is going to look badass, be sure to post pics.

I've seen a combination coil and ignition switch that mounts where the horn goes.

You must be carbed I take it, or it would be another whole can of worms. Hope you don't do any long rides it all. Looks = killer but my son fills up almost twice as much when we run together with his 3.3 on a 1200.

there are a couple options:

Adjure makes a mirror gauge setup
Custom Chrome has a couple options, riser clamp, and some other options.
they are all a bit pricey, and you could always make something custom. I think honkylips made a custom setup on the backside of his headlight surround.

Good luck, let us know what you decide to do!

Thanks for the info guys! Branner you nailed the clean tank!!! Branner what Speedo do you run in the rocker cover mount? Was it plug and play or did you have to hard wire into the harness? As for long rides, I steal my pops EG Classic....my bikes days of running to Sturgis will be limited, but just the direction I'm heading....keep them coming guys, So many killer ideas on this site....

Hell, if I was going for a custom look that included a Sporty tank on a big twin (which I have done many times), the last thing I would be worrying about was where to put unneeded accessories that have no place on a bike like that. Take them off, put them in a box and wire in an ignition switch somewhere low and out of the way. Thats how I always did my bikes when I wanted the Sporty tank Style.
