I also have a stretch fender in mind when I go to paint my bike. I found a stock tank to use but I don't want stock fenders and I just can't seem to see or find what I want or like as of yet so any idea's or pics are great for me too. I also want one that is REALLY stretched yet not so darn close to my tire as has been commented on here. I am at least a year away from paint so I will just keep looking and checking out all idea's thrown out there.

The light I used was a Radiance one and had to make my insert for it from scratch.. I have two welders I used.. When I needed low heat but needed a strong weld I have a miller Tig machine that uses antifreeze to keep the gun cool.. But most of the fab was don't with a Lincoln 110volt 140 model wire feed.. I used mixed gas cause it is just a lot smoother weld and a lot easier to clean up.. Then just go to town.. If you mess up just cut it off and try again.. That's what l like working with metal..
