Ditto all of the above. I bought a display set and still got all the bolts, heatshield clamps, pipe mount and right side passenger relocation bracket and a set of instructions. You can download the instructions from the V&H website but you should contact their customer service for help with the other parts. I have found them very responsive in the past.

Should never remove the old parts before examining and making sure you have all the new parts.

I think the 12 FB is going to need the O2 sensor adapters as well....I didn't think the V&H pipes for the FB are out yet.

Just out of curiosity was there any kind of packing material in the box that may contain the parts? I have had a few sets of exhaust now for different bikes I've owned and I am pretty sure some of the hardware sets were packed in what looked just like a piece of cardboard to hold the pipes in place. I have had a set of short shots, it only uses one small bracket that mounts to the factory two bolt spot on the frame. The bracket is not that big and the footpeg will just need a shorter bolt and will go back in the same spot.

That sucks man, just thought I'd throw it out there. That has to be a distributor issue as opposed to manufacturer. I can't see V&H sending that out like that. Seems like distributor took the stuff out for some reason or other. I hope they take care of that for ya in a timely fashion. It sucks waiting for parts.
