You don't need the relocation kit if you're comfortable with cutting a little off of the mounting bracket. I cut mine using instructions from a thread on here. Just do a quick search and save yourself some cash.

so i think these are the part numbers I need, can anyone confirm this? I have both the detachable saddlebags and sissy bar.

they relocate to the rear hole in fender strut its just enough for the QD sissy bar to clear them.heres a pic of them installed on my bike sissybar removed so you can see better
