Ok, with help from forum members and Wild 1 the handlebar decision has been made and bars are ordered. Next question, Wild 1 says stock cables and brake lines will work with the 508's on my 04 Heritage Classic, but since I will be buying new brake lines, clutch cables and throttle and idle cables anyway (installing Magnum Chromite II SS) am I better off to go longer or stay with the stock length?

 

If Wild 1 said stock then I wouldnt think there would be anything to gain from getting longer cables other than throttle and cluch play to be gained. Since they make the bars I'm sure they have done some research about which cables to use. JMHO
