Default front brake

so i recently put new apes on my fatboy and ever since then when i apply front break i can hear (and sort of feel in the lever) the break pad smacking the rotor. any ideas of what it could be or how to fix it?

Could be the pistons were not cleaned right and they are popping out..

Two thing I leaned 40yrs ago that I don't fudge with on my bike,,,,TIRES and BRAKES....

Each to their own,,,,,,,,, just me.

yea i think im going to get with a mechanic and see what he says i was thinking it was a piston too just didnt know if anyone had ever experienced it also.
