Apes wire and cable lengths

Apes wire and cable lengths
I have a 2007 heritage and i'm installing 14" apes on stock risers. i was looking to get namz/novello wiring extentions and not sure what length to get 4,8, or 12" extentions. Also what length cables ( clutch,throttle, and brake line) ? Would +6 cables be enough? I know burly makes a kit, but heard bad things.
