What a great job .. But how do they sound ?????

 

I still have to come up with a solution for her to mount her ipod/phone..so no verdict on that..but from what I have read they sound good at highway speeds..the sound is trapped behind the windshield..it is the handlebar mounted ones without the windshield on that can not be heard..from what I have read. Today was her first day back on the bike after her accident..so we are taking baby steps..:-)

I would like to keep it as clean as possible..I am thinking of using the cell buckle between the handle bar clamps..

I currently have one of these installed on my Heritage Classic and love the sound. I have an 03 Heritage Springer as well and I like the bracket you had made. Is there anyway I would be able to get in touch with the welding shop where you had your bracket made? I would like to have one made as well and since they have already made one I think it would be easier getting it from them instead of trying to explain it to a shop around here in the Peoria, IL area. Also I was wondering if you could tell me the cost of having it made? I am new to this site so I was unsure how to get ahold of you other than through this post. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

I will be happy to help where I can..it cost me 60 bucks plus powder coat cost...I have the templates I could send you..would be very straight forward..

I wanted to mention that I saw pics of your Springer on here. The paint is awesome. Did you get that painted Colormania? If so were you happy with their work? I really like that 30's , 40's paint job and have been searching for someone that could pull it off.
