How much should I expect to pay for a paint job
Ive got a 09 night train, Denim Black, Picked up some dings and scratches on the front and rear fender and a ding in the gas tank. I know I cant keep it perfect forever but it is in my head and buggin me. How much roughly does a repaint cost? The Harley dealer told me because its Denim Black they can buffer it or anything.
Thanks

If you want to keep it Denim, I'd just sand 'er down and re-shoot it myself in either flat or satin black. If you have a steady hand and ANY painting skills at all, it ain't that hard...
I rattle-canned my mufflers, brake rotors and belt pulley and people say it looks pro. Not bad for my first painting experience on any vehicle, EVER. Not trying to be full of myself, just sayin' it's not hard and that if I can do it, just about anybody can...

I am in the business, you get what ya pay for,the last tins i did where almost $200.00 for a customer, keep in mind when it comes to flat paint theres a couple ways of doing it,if you use the wrong paint it will scratch easy and fade fast, not to mention gas will wipe it off fast,,harley uses a catalyzed single stage paint,,

For a simple, single color paint job with no graphics, it'll cost you a few hundred dollars.
For a very detailed graphics paint job of extremely high quality (i.e. lots of layers of graphics and lots of layers of clear coat) you can pay as much as $5K.
BTW, paint jobs are just like every other accessory on your bike. You get what you pay for.
