Default Rocker C tire and wheel size, want to go fatter

Couple of questions. The measurement from the inside of the front forks is 5"...whats the fattest I can go up front. Also, If I go with a 21" wheel up there, what will that and the fatter tire do to the handling of my bike? Will it make any difference at all?

Seeing as how I'll have to order both new rims, how much wider can i go on the rear? Can i go with a 280 and not have to get a different fender?

280 will not work. 260 is the max. As far as the front a 21x3.5 should git but I think you will either need to remove your front fender or get another.

As for the front I can't really say as I just when with a 90-100-19 so not much fatter and no taller. But the back I have 250-40-18 Dunlop E3 on my rear and I know some guys on here are running 260-40-18 Avon's and Metlizer's but I think they measure more like a 250.

I just purchased a 21x3.25 wheel with a 120 and a fender from Heartland. According to the Heartland 120 will fit and ride better.

Can I go with 21x3,5 (120 tire) on my Rocker if I remove the fender? Or is it only 3,25x21 that will fit with the narrow trees?

I have a Metzler 110x19 front tires, which fits perfect and fits real nice to the front fender but does not hit it/rides great also. I recently put a 260x35x18 Vee Rubber Monster tire on the rear and it rides a little lower which is nice. It is a very tight fit, but just makes it. Looks great and rides good. Not sure if it is as good as the Metzlers I usually run, but will find out soon.
