Flat black with white walls is so hot rod cool. Add a little red to really set it off. I have thought about doing my tins flat black for years but now that the low comes flat black I don't want to do it anymore as everyone has a flat black bike.

I'm with Drew, when I get my front wheel, I will do the spokes in the maroon/red. If you look at the tank badge on the lo there is a deep red in it. Will keep the theme of the bike and look sick!

That's a pretty killer idea, I just might do that... Then maybe some old school pin striping on the tins...

Bobber put me onto the tcpglobal paint site there are some really cool flat colors and pinstriping paints just search hot rod flatz on the interwebs and go through the site. If youre into the ratrod colors and scheme. I'm headed that direction end product on my bike that im going for is socal accesories i.e big wheels, cholos, and the whole nine and mixing the ratrod into it with paint, tires and old school pinstriping. hopefully in the next couple of years i'll get it together but my 65 ford p/u is screaming for an engine upgrade so i'm at a cross roads

Yeah pinstriping will give it that old skool look too! Sounds like a great idea, can't wait to see it!
