Default Blackline help!

Ok, can someone (or a couple people) with a 2011 Blackline take measurements of the rear fender for me. Im looking for the distance from the rear end of the fender to the first then second seat mount hole. I picked up a 2011 BL fender and the holes to mount the seats are in different spots....WTF?

Looks like about 10.75" to each hole.
