No light bars to worry about on my ride so that doesn't concern me. I think it's obvious why I would want to do a 23 . I think it will look good on my ride considering how she is set up all bagged and everything as long as I did it right .

I know and even agree the 23 doesnt look good on every single bike . It has to flow with the bike . Some people will say it will not flow regardless of the bike you have . Different strokes for different folks. I hate cafe racers but that doesnt mean I cant appreaciate one that someone put blood sweat and tears into but that doesnt mean I would go out and buy a frame to build one or buy one that was already done . I was going to say RG but i'll leave country alone .

I get a different answer for every person I ask regarding this topic . I am just trying to see what some of you have done ,your thoughts and ideas . How it rides , handles etc . Did you do the calculations to see if the rake and trail was set up right after adding just tree's and what the numbers where . Did some of you find a way to lower it in front w/out hitting anything etc .

My buddy just got his 23" conversion finished on his '05 FLSTF and I thought it looked badass. He had HHI 4 degree trees and -2 tubes installed along with HHI smooth lowers. He also dropped the front end with a progressive lowering kit to even it out (total wheel diam is about 4 inches above stock). I will post pics as soon as I upload them.
