Took a short ride on the FXSTCwith my son on my Vrod. We had to load his bike that he come back from Sturgis on into his truck. He bought an Ultra the day we came back and he rode it home.

 

Friday: Rode to a wet t-shirt contest, etc.

Saturday: Rode to Mountain Springs Saloon for a pig roast, then to a tattoo convention, etc.

Today (Sunday): Rode the "Ride for Kids" charity run (about 5 miles of bikes in parade formation), then to Las Vegas Bike Fest where I had the Shotgun Shocks installed.

Went golfing with my son first, then we loaded his Street Bob onto his truck.

After that I did another short (35 miles) ride in the late afternoon.

 

Washed and polished it.

 

With blue skies, light wind and sun shine, I went out and did 150 miles with lots of smiles.

 

Ordered 1" riser spacers so that I can hopefully turn to full lock.

 

Got my gas cap, SE AE cover, and dakota digital speedo. Looks like I got ripped off by MMC on eBay for my tank lift! Ordered it 2 weeks ago and still havent got it. Oh well...

Fuel gauge is on the way.

 

It took about a week for them to ship it out and they didn't reply to an e-mail I sent. I purchased 2 inch and I thought it would be just that since they had kits for 2" and 3" separately. It was actually a 2" and 3" with holes for both and the 2" lift looked retarded with extra metal and another hole hanging off of it. They got my money, but I'm going to order one from one of the guys that posted up here. They have kits that are made for a certain length with holes just for that. Only $38.

 

They suck.

 

Ordered the rack from motherwell and the license plate with the brake light kit from softbrake
