Default Deuce custom dash insert

Figured I'd throw a pic up here of what I did for my Deuce dash. A guy I work with runs a laser etching service on the side, so I got a piece of stainless, cut it to fit and had him etch this in.

** the tank isn't scratched or anything, those are smudges/bug guts.

Sixshooter if your buddy is interested in doing another custom piece please get in touch with me. My husband is also a combat vet and I'd love something similar for his Deuce.

Oxy, I'm sure he would be. He saves all his prints on his computer, so he still has the basis as far as the shape of the insert and the boundaries of where he can and can't print. But you'd have to come up with the piece of metal, whatever you wanted. I got stainless because my father can get it from work whenever he wants. The hard part is finding a good clear. The stuff used on mine was a little cloudy, and it's chipping in a few spots now. My buddy said they quit making the really good stuff he used for years because it wasn't tree hugger friendly. I'm going to try and touch mine up this winter when the bike is down for mods. If you can get a piece of metal and cut it, polish it out, all that good stuff and get it ready for etching, I can give you the guys info and you can talk directly to him about getting it done.
