that must be one helluva extension cord you got there..



i only use the tender if the bikes gonna sit for a few weeks or more.. ie, Rut season, and snow..

That is funny, yes after every time I ride.

both my bikes and a cage are on tenders when they are in the garage... all are hooked up now. i should never have to replace those batteries!

never used any type of battery charger/tender. never had a problem. sometimes have not ridden for a month sometimes. no garage. I guess if it makes you feel good, charge it 24-7. I don't keep my car or truck on a charger.

Never put any kind of charger on any of my bikes. Not so sure about heat killing batteries living here in Southeast Texas it has been the hottest summer here in decades and my battery has done just fine. Then again I ride 5 to 6 days a week.

Never in the 3 years I've owned 'er have I had a trickle charger or tender on 'er. I did charge the battery overnight before I took 'er on the post-mod maiden voyage. She still starts strong, even with the new hi-performance cams.
