I got my new Danny Gray seat on my Rocker. It actually satisfies my urge to get a Heartland kit for now. It kills the gap much better then I expected and is comfortable too.

I wish I had this exact same bike in Scarlet Red.

 

I forgot to mention I added a Thundermax auto tuner and it made a HUGE difference!

It gives me a more comfortable riding position. The seat is an improvement in feeling, but nothing to brag about. Better then stock. The seat does have the driver gel.

 

Talk about an understatement...

The stock seat on the FXCWC is like a brick unless you slight your butt all the way to the rear.
That 1/2 inch padding to hide the "hidden" passenger seat screams for a replacement seat.

The Danny Gray seat allowed me to go from pain after a 2 hour ride to wanting to only stretch after a 6 hour ride.

The stocker definately needs to be replaced. For me, it was more about the looks and riding position. I dont ride nearly as much as you do, so the more comfortable factor is not much of a factor for me. I will say its more comfortable, but then again, I dont ride very long or often.
