Well I was at Lepera last Wed and I left with a loaner Sorrento to test ride 2 hrs home and let the wife have a ride as well. I thought it was a good seat, still kept the look and was not huge looking on the bike. The rear seat is 9 1/2 wide and thought I though it was enough, it just didnt cut it with the wife. We rode 20 mins down to old Town Temecula and she was squirming around about 20 mins into it. She was telling me the stock seat I had on there was perfect and that was 12 inches wide in the rear but man it was just massive thick and I didnt like it.
So I am going back to Lepera on Monday and get something else to test ride once again, argg!! I am either going to go with a Maverick or a Monterey solo smooth with no stunds on it at all along with the Monterey pillion smooth with no studs as well. At least with a Monterey I can remove the rear seat and show more rear fender which I like. The Maverick is bigger than the sorrento and a bit more comfortable, I actually tossed one on the bike when i was there.
This is a huge task at finding the perfect seat for my wife and I....

 

Does anyone have any pics of a Maverick on a Softail? I am going back to lepera tomorrow...
