Default 98 starting issue

I was enjoying a nice long ride when the ignition quit on me.... road side check revealed no spark to the plugs. The engine harness continuity checked good, and I ended up replacing the coil and ignition module. Now there is spark to the plugs, but still can’t get ignition.
(yeeessss – I did manage to check the fuel levels and shutoff valve position)
Any tips on what other items to test / check? Would the cam sensor or VOES keep it from starting?

How about your vacuum operated fuel petcock if you have one? Did you draw a vacuum and check if you get any flow? What about the vacuum line to it also? Cracked/broken?
