So finally got the free time to do my pipes after bouncing the idea of doin em or not over and over, basically just said *** it! and im glad i did.

bike and pipes looks great.. kinda ironic to cover up all the expensive chrome with black exh wrap.. to help with the heat issue, which isn't that bad, I was thinking of wrapping my pipes this winter and reinstalling the shields..

Yeah I was in Checkers this morning and noticed pipe wrap behind the counter and the thought occured to me that it would be hardly noticable to wrap the pipes then reinstall the heat shields. The shield clamps would hold everything together.....ummmmm wondering how that would look.....the black looks real good on you bike 05krazy, you've got me thinking.....
