Anyone Using GripAce switches?

Anyone Using GripAce switches?
Has anyone here used the GripAce setup? I'm starting to put together my winter mod parts list, and I plan on doing some mini apes with a suicide clutch/jockey shift, so there's no need for the clutch perch. I'd still like to maintain the switch functions, and actually move all the switches to the left side, and just run brake on right. Just curious if any have tried it, and how well it works.
Cheers!

You are going all out man! That would be so tough looking. I want to do the same thing down the road so let me know how it goes. As far as if anyone has used them, dunno. I saw them in the Exile catalog (your bike is getting closer and closer to one of Russell's. Big compliment bro) and they look boss. Would you be able to move the master cylinder? The bikes on the site/catalog show nothing on the bars. Let me know how it goes man.

I'll keep ya posted on the progress! I looked into moving the front brake, it is possible to do, and Exile actually makes a kit that combines both brakes onto the pedal. My problem is that running a suicide clutch with all brakes on the pedal leaves both feet on the pegs until the very last second. And if my foot slips off the clutch at a light, then there are no brakes applied. Makes it an ACTUAL suicide clutch! So I'm going with a Joker Machine Brake setup with no switches and an internal throttle. I can live with one line on the bars!

I'm planning on making my own Jockey set up. I like the LA, but don't like how all the kits route the cable around the front of the frame. I'm planning to route the cable between the controls and the primary and under the bike. I'll probably have to fab up a forward control extension as well, maybe an inch or two forward. Don't worry, I've been on this forum long enough to know that I need to document this and post lots of pics! LOL!
Don't know which internal throttle I'm going with, probably the Exile one since I'll be using his grips with the GripAce. There are a few makers out there, I think Streamline is one but their site is down. Do a title only search on here and a bunch of stuff comes up. From what I've seen and heard, I'm not going to use the Nash setup though!
Cheers!

+1 The Exile kit is compatible with the stock throttle cable. It has an internal clamp system, so there is no need for a fancy cable end. I think Exile does sell the whole setup though.

You'll love the set up. I did the internal throttle this past winter, no switches just running the brake line. Jockey as well! It is so clean. you dont realize how stupid people are when they as where are the throttle cables? I'm running Hawg Halters front brake master cylinder and then vtwin mag's internal throttle. All runs great. Don't waste your money on the Nash IT. Good luck.
