Default Service shop in Mass

Where do those of you in Mass take your bikes to be serviced? Where would you recommend? I have a few indys close to where I live but I have heard mixed reviews of them. If anyone has anyone they like going to, please let me know. Thanks.

Murrays in fall river is where I've been going lately. Great service and great prices on parts

I live like 8 minutes from Rahns in Abington, and Shadley Brothers in Abington, but I have heard mixed reviews. Both places have been around for a long time, so I can assume they have to be doing something right.

My son and I do most of our own work. But any HD service needed is ONLY done by American HD in Leominster. They have always been fair with me and helped me out. Indy service is done by R+R in Putnam,CT. Small Indy near my brother. AOK/cares/will work with you. A little out of the way for me, but worth it. Ride safe.

Thumbs down

Shadley's is overpriced and too busy making magazine bikes for themselves. Rahn's is a little on the expensive side as well. Check South Shore Cycle ( near Truchi's on 18) in Abington. another place is V-Twin on 3a in Weymouth.

I dont mind paying a little extra for a GREAT job. I just worry about taking my bike to some half assed hack shop. I'd rather pay a few dollars more and have peace of mind than save $40 and have my engine or tranny explode or something. Haha. Extra $40 < new engine/tranny.

But I will definitely look into South Shore cycles. Didnt even remember them until you just mentioned it. Thank you.
