Default V&H Big Radius 2-1

I just ordered a Vance & Hines Big Radius 2 into 1 pipe for my 08 FatBoy. I was originally going to get the Staggerd Big Shots but I like the unusual (for Harley) look of the giant single curved pipe and everyone seems to have the Big Shots. I already have the FuelPak and Heavy Breather. Just waiting for some time to put all the goodies on. Can anyone comment on any performance differences between the two pipes?

Same as bout any 2-1 system. it'll be better in the low-mid area.

I did what you are going to do. Yep helped quite a bit. Be ready to raise your passenger pegs...

The kit comes with a right side passenger peg offset bracket and you can order the left side. I'm not sure I'll put on the left one unless it looks ridiculous or the girls have an issue with it.

Just listened to them again in several UTUBE videos last night and holy crap they sound awesome. Was reading another blog and there was some discussion about; one- whether they sounded good? (they do sound different than the ole standby 2 into 2) and two- are they too loud?

Get the left passenger foot peg ... if it does not look awkward it definitely feel awkward for the passenger... save on shipping just get it along with your pipes

Yeah nice!....I'll post some pics after I get mine on. How is the FuelPak working for you? I bought one too and have not installed it yet. There is another thread with some non-complimentary comments.

I know you just ordered the V&H, and that was my first choice about 4 months ago. But I just saw and wondered if you concidered the D&D Lowcat or Bobcats. I just added the Power Vision and the SE Air (what a difference)and was thinking of pipes next.
