I was kind of hoping it would have made it's way into the Gulf so we could get some rain off of it here in East Central Texas.

Was kind of hoping the hurricane would have made it to FL...there's a lake in my backyard that's in desperate need of water....we still have a good month of two left of hurricane season....maybe one of them will bring us some rain.

Hurrican Irene just left the area and now all we'e getting are remnant winds and more rain. Things got a bit heavy last near near the Philadelphia area and when I woke at 5:00, it was still coming down hard, so what did I do? ........ I waxed the bike in the garage!

George, congrats on your Fatboy!!! Look at it as spending some quality time at home with your loved one with the idea you'll take her on a "date" when the weather clears

It will be almost like picking it up brand new for a second time when you can get back on it again.
