Decided its way hot this past month in florida and we have our daily afternoon thunderstorms its a perfect time to upgrade,,more pics to come !

 

just finished the rear fender,smoothing the front fender and the gas tank,doing final mock up before it goes to artwork,new tail light,new front fender trim,new bullet lights,,

Hell I saw the pic of your sled in your shop, I thought it was mine. Nice floor. Your sled is going to look killer. Wont that fender hit the ground when you dump the air?

Looks good man, glad I am not the only one with a stripped down bike. I like the tank, mine is shaved too. (Im suprised more people don't do that)

thanks guys,todays project black front end and wild chubbys,what sucks is hearing all the harleys pass my shop on a nice sunny day like today!!

 

no air yet,my burly slammer kit will be here tomorow,i made the rear fender the same length as the front,good thing florida is flat,,,39 cholos,21 fat spokes and air will be in a month or two,have to save up some more cash,,biketober fest in daytona is coming,,,

 

blackened out the oil tank,smoothed and painted both the inner primary and the outer,plus misc. items

 

Like the fender.

 

i made a custom dash,i figured the tank was off,i have to pull the guts out,so i modified it to clear both my nostalgia tach and speedo,moved the switch,tried to keep it the shape of the old school dash from the 40's/50's minus the tach with shift light,,next is to make a riser cover like a roadking to hide my dash lights and speedo button,,
