Default should i wait?

Well a fast one,for you guys. I got my new 11 softail deluxe, and got my V&H air cleaner, fuel pack, & hs slipons. But only have ~500 miles on the bike. I was wondering should I wait till the 1000 mile period or go ahead and put them on now? Let me know what you guys think. This will be mostly a daily driver lol for me. So I just wanna now what would be the safest thing to do?

Thanks

That's up to you, now or later won't make a difference.

A lot of people have all that stuff put on their bikes before they even take them home from the dealers. Put em on and enjoy. Congrats on the new bike, Ride safe.

I had my Stage I on B4 it left the dealership. It doesn't alter the break-in process one bit, so install everything and enjoy!

The main reason to wait until after the break in is if you are going to dyno the bike after the install. The dyno puts the bike at high RPM's and the bike could be damaged if not properly broken in.
