Strange shifting problem???

Thanks for the tip! How do you like your big bore kit with the 203's. I just bought the same set up, gettin it installed in sept. Would love to hear some input.

just go back and talk to him....
Several thread in here a couple weeks ago about making sure to oil the shifting shaft that Ur shift levers go on.. Several members had a issue of shifting hard because of rusting in that area..
Find out if he adjusted the clutch and or the linkage. then go from there.

I like the kit with 203s. I thin the thundermax also made a huge difference, from the fuelpak I was running. I have lots of power. even at 90mph I can twist the throttle and take off. I do not go 90mph often. I do ride regular at about 75-80mph on the turnpike, 75mph is legal. I never have an issue with needing more power.
Around town is has plenty of power unless I am at a really low rpm in 4th.
You should think about installing ti yourself, my wife an I did it in about 12 hours total, disassembled and assembled. It was really easy to install. I had the dealer press in the cams for me.

Thanks, I appreciate it. A buddy that builds race car motors and has done a few in the past is gonna help me. We both have some time off around labor day weekend, so thats when were gonna get er done. I cant wait, sounds like im looking for the same things as you, just more cruising power and some fun now and then.
