Thanks for the tip! How do you like your big bore kit with the 203's. I just bought the same set up, gettin it installed in sept. Would love to hear some input.

just go back and talk to him....

Several thread in here a couple weeks ago about making sure to oil the shifting shaft that Ur shift levers go on.. Several members had a issue of shifting hard because of rusting in that area..

Find out if he adjusted the clutch and or the linkage. then go from there.

As said before I would first check oil level in Tranny to see if it has any or is too full. Then Look into clutch and shifter. Just ask you mechanic what he did and that will point you to items to look at.

I like the kit with 203s. I thin the thundermax also made a huge difference, from the fuelpak I was running. I have lots of power. even at 90mph I can twist the throttle and take off. I do not go 90mph often. I do ride regular at about 75-80mph on the turnpike, 75mph is legal. I never have an issue with needing more power.
Around town is has plenty of power unless I am at a really low rpm in 4th.
You should think about installing ti yourself, my wife an I did it in about 12 hours total, disassembled and assembled. It was really easy to install. I had the dealer press in the cams for me.
