Default rear splash guard 05 train

hey guys, I see alot of cool rear splasg guards out there and was wondering who makes them? I have a 05 train with a 150 (I know its sad) tire and was looking to make a diamond plated one or a polished one. I one day will put a 200 tire on the rear, but was wanting one for what I have now.....

On my 05 I went with a custom strutless rear fender with the stock splash guard. DNA makes one that with work good if you arent looking for struts like on the Roland Sands and Heartland kits. I also went with Black Bike wheels 120 in the front and 180 out back. I went with the 180 because the 200 is too big for the swingarm on there now. If you arent looking to keep a passenger on there Exile makes a composite one piece rear fender. Check those out too. Good luck man.

nothin wrong with a 150 on the train dude. I gotta 160 on the stock rim and it fills out the rear fender real well, but I think metz. quit makin that tire. got my an 18inch rear rim to go back there when I replace my rear tire.

Check with the dealer I think they make a stainless one for even the 150 tire bike... if not try Platnium Air Ride guys they have stainless ones that they give with their air ride kit but don't know if they would sell just the splash guard?

And nothing wrong with a 05 Train... I ride with guys with 260's on the back of their bikes and mine will still hold it's own against theirs... BTW if you're gonna spend the coin for a 200 your may as well go with a 250 kit? I would do all that work and then roll up to a stock 06 and up and be the same, just my .02

story808, I will look into it, and yea, theres nothing wrong with mine. I just have so many things I want to do to it, just trying to get a start, a 250 kit would be killer on her,. I still like to get a tire kit, open primo, and maybe a 98 kit fuel moto is working on......later man, thanks
