Could of been much worse for you. Reckon you will feel more of it over the next couple of days. Glad you are walking around and can type.

Why are you asking about your insurance company? I would think you would be calling the insurance company of the driver that caused the accident.

Your insurance should be notified, and if the driver is uninsured or under-insured then your insurance company should step up to the plate.

Take your time and make sure you get a fair settlement.

Kevin

Glad you are OK, though I am sure you will probably discover some injuries in morning. Only thing I'm curious about is did you really say "oh crap", or something a little more colorful? I would definitely get a motorcycle lawyer if I was you. Does anyone have experience with hiring a lawyer in a situation like this?

You should be contacting their insurance since they are the liable party.
A guy I worked with wife got rear ended in her car and they just went to their insurance agent boy did they get screwed.

Ron.. it was more like OH ****!!!!!!!!!!!!! as my front wheel was getting embedded into the side of her vehicle!I got most of her info, but i got carted away before i could get insurance info.

KUJOE ..The driver was a" den mother" for the boy scouts. She was taking her two boys there boyscout meeting. She was really concerned and was upset that she almost killed me.
