Ride Wright Wheels is a Stand Up Company!
Many of you were following the thread last month where I wrote about the problem I had with my brand new Fat Daddy 50s from Ride Wright.
I just wanted to put in a new post here saying that Sam (the owner) is indeed a stand-up guy. He called me this morning to speak with me personally and he has made everything about the situation right.
It is RARE these days to find such a company. I can't think of any company these days that doesn't offer crappy customer service, and man what a different company Ride Wright is. This is why I bought from them in the first place - their reputation.
I'm having the repaired wheel put back on today and will pick the bike up Saturday morning and am going to enter my first show with it. I doubt I will win because it's in Boston and there are sure to be a lot of beautiful customs there, but it should be fun anyway.
There is no question that I highly recommend Ride Wright.
Thank you Sam. Ride that magenta on dude.....

This is the main reason I sell their products. There have been a few instances where there was a speed bump or two on the way but it is always made right by Sam. I reast assured that everything will work out in every way. Maybe not always in my time, but in God's time. I can't wait to see the pics and am glad to hear all is sorted out Peg.
As you stated above, it is near impossible to find anyone who actually cares about anything but themselves, but there are companies out there who will bend over backwards to take care of their customers. These are the smart ones as everyone knows a happy customer is quite often a repeat customer.

Glad to hear another American Company is standing behind their wears.
Not to distract from the point of this thread but perhaps more of us should save our pennies and demand a bit more American manufacturing gets done for our bikes so that we can deal with great Americans like Sam that build what they sell and do it right here. Too many of the douchebags that we end up dealing with are only that way because they depend on overseas companies to supply them and they get caught up in making money based on volume instead of producing 1. a quality product and 2. great customer service based on their ability to stand behind any flaws that do slip through without having to wait a month to ship back and forth to China or India or wherever.
That's all I got.
Peg, I'm glad that you were taken care of and I will be getting my rims from RW threw Drew when I am ready.
