Default Radical paint set issue

Hey guys, just bought a 2009 heritage at my local harley dealership last monday. Went to give its first washing and noticed white dots in the tank of the limited harley paint set. Took it back and showed them the issue and they said they would look into it and to call back tuesday. From just talking with them i got the feeling they are not going to do anything. My question is if Harley warranties the paint set for longer then 90 days like the rest of the BS they sell for to much money.

This is why a thorough inspection is always needed prior to signing on the line. I can't imagine harley covering it under warranty

What harley dealer is it? I think the only way to get that paint set again is if it was to become damaged and harley would have to take the old set back to replace it. This is so they can control the amount of sets out there. Im asking what color is because Im looking for a paint set for my heritage so was wondering maybe if they dont do anything about it and it bothers you we can come up with a deal.

@jrpitty....cant find the set anywhere on the net. When I took it to the dealership they had to take pics and send to corp. harley to find out the color. The bike is on my profile.

Any and all HD parts purchased at time of delivery are covered under your 2 year bike warranty. So if you brought it on the bike it should be covered. Don't let the dealership BS you, I worked for a dealer for 5 years as a service and am well aware of how the warranty works. If it is covered, they should order another and should be replaced when it is delivered by the MOCO. Do let them take it off and send it.
