the rocker can be a nice looking bike, but at nearly 20k it's hard for alot of people to put another 3k in aftermarket stuff... while for nearly 20k you can get and make any other softail look just as if not better looking.
Agreed. Companies usually don't discontinue a product if it's making them money, assuming they can still acquire all the necessary materials. In this case, I would assume the sales weren't high enough to justify production.
I love my Rocker C, but I agree, the bike was priced too high and sales were not that great. I do get alot of attention from people and the bike is fairly unique among Harley riders when parked at events and rallies, but most people like the look of them and would not like to own the Rocker C. The Rocker C just didn't appeal to the masses like Harley thought they would, so the plug was pulled and they only had a short production run. They just didn't have the mass appeal of a Fatboy or a Wide Glide, which is why these models have endured. I still love my Rocker and its uniqueness, plus it seems to be holding its resale value. Just my two cents.
Killed the Rocker???
Sorry to say, I love mine. I have to push it over on the turns, like a bear on roller skates, and its great on long rides. Most of all it puts a smile on my face every time I ride it.
the aftermarket part companies should pay the MoCo to keep the rocker alive! God only knows the $M's of revenue they made. I love my Rocker and have never regretted anything about it (except the stock seat, handlebars, rear fender, front fender, pipes and air cleaner)
my bike rules you clowns lol
yep who cares its ugly, ha ha more than half the jokers that say that compliment
others on their nice rocker on these forums
hd has money issues just like everyone else
Happy 4TH everyone!
i love my rocker.. i had to search thru 5 states to find the one i wanted..and true, i really did hate the way the stock seat looked...after a couple mods i personally love the way it looks.
