Default nite train exhaust ques.

Guys, a little advice - looking to put new exhaust on my 07 NT, I want something short (V&H big radius or Hooker troublemakers) I want to keep the pipes short of my back tire. I am looking for something loud but with some low end. I've tried to listen around the area, but figured I'd drop the question here. I have searched the forums, and I know there are tons of posts regarding pipes, but I'm just looking for some input regarding 07 pipes that are short, loud, with some low end rumble. Any posts/replies would be great.

thanks in advance
rob

One word. BASSANI. I have the pro-streets and they are awesome. The have tons of low end power, are loud, look great and are reasonably priced. See my post in the softail forum for pics and let me know if you got any questions.

Bassani's are great, but always blue up and the design insures a constant second
degree burns on your right leg. They are a great looking pipe, but in desparate need of a full heat shield. When Bassani finally gets clued in and does that, they will sell a million more sets, and one to me.
JMO.

The Hookers and V&H BR pipes are very simular, The BR has more arc and is better looking in my opinion.
Trust me, they are PLENTY loud..

I like the looks of my Paul Yaffe X Pipes they match the looks of the all blacked out night train. I used to have a set of the BUB shortees on it before and they were a nice sound and not to long.
