If the dealer you go to is not scum then it should be the following:
Price of tire ($200), tube ($45) and rim strip ($8) and wheel weights (about a buck a piece).
+
1 hour labor. In my area that means $95 and chances are they will tack on some bull$h!t "shop supplies" charge of $6-8.
Overall you are looking at around $345 or so to have them do it all.
You can buy the tire online for as little as $135 and the tube and rim band for a discounted price. Then you just pay the other expenses.
If you are a do it yourself guy then you you will take off the tire yourself and reinstall it and just have the shop mount and balance the tire on your wheel in which case you are looking at around $45-50 besides the cost of the parts.

I went to my local indy dealer and got the tire for as good a price as any on line place and he mounted and balanced it for $15.
By taking off and replaceing the wheel myself I saved the $75 labor charge.
Its a bit of a pain to do because of the drive belt and caliper, but its easily within the abilities of anyone who is willing to read the manual first and has something like a jack to hold the bike up.
