Yes you do see a bonehead in shorts...Love the Blackline, specially after I changed the bars out, and LOVE the pipes.

Looks like you enjoyed yourself tooling around the track.
In the pic with the 'bonehead' in shorts, is he being followed by one bike with a passenger on it or is that two different bikes running really close together?

Your kidding, a passenger on a race track!
Unless they were enforcing a strick speed limit of some kind I'm not sure if I would call that very brave, or as dumb as riding in shorts and a t-shirt.

I was thinking dumb...i talked to the guy briefly and yeah..he wasnt real bright to begin with. Their only requirements for the "fan ride laps" was that you had a helmet. That was it. Then they told folks well you can go as fast as you want...as long as you didnt pass the escorts and that you kept 2 wheels on the ground. some of those guys made me really glad I was towards the back...

Dumb is being polite, flat out stupid is probably closer to the truth.
Its like handing a cocked, locked, and loaded shotgun to a three year old.

I think you did the right thing hanging back and letting those fools go ahead of you.
At least that way you have a chance to 'dodge' any debris they might scatter about instead of getting rear ended at 100mph by some wannabe rice rocketeer.
