Default Which Boards, Grips, and Pegs?

Continuing to try to "clean" up my ride, I am pulling all the willie g covers (going up for sale this week in the classifieds) and replacing with smooth chrome covers. I have been rethinking my boards, pegs, and grips as well. I have the HD Diamond Plate collection and love them, but I was thinking about going back to the stock black rubber inserts on the boards, and getting some black and chrome grips like the ones in the link below. Just basic, classic style. What do you guys think?

Here's what I'm thinking:

Grips:

Pegs:

Eventually go with these boards:

Here's my ride for comparison:

I think there are a set of boards off a deluxe in the classifies right now. I went with the half moons off a heritage and the stock rubber brake pedal from an x bones it matches the floorboards. As far as grips I went with the HD Nostalgia grips plain, clean, comfy.

I ditched the skull stuff last year to and went to the plain chrome with the harley davidson writing. So much cleaner looking.

Good Luck

I guess I am an aftermarket *****, but I prefer other things. To each their own and I am sure it will look great. I would get teh Thunder Cycles Eddie Trotta boards, PM contour grips, and PM contour pegs. But...like I said I am an aftermarket *****. LOL. Your bike has come a long way!

The Trotted boards are sweet, but out of my budget. I got the contour boards in the link above earlier today for $45 shipped, so can't argue with that. The PM grips are sweet and will definately be considered. Thanks Drew.

Warg,I've tried those boards and many others on my bike and always end up back at square one with plain stock boards.Everything else looks too busy IMO

Also runnin the half moons. Provides more lean angle and look good. ISO grips - feel good, not the best looking though imo. Replaced flamed shifter, brake., passenger pegs that were already on the bike with a complete Chrome and Rubber set found used.

Not on your list, but traded the nostalgic crash bar for a mustache bar with Santos. Fits the bike better imo.
